By booking an appointment with us at SAPC, you agree to adhere to our COVIDSafe Plan and protocols.

Please read the following information and familarise yourself with our requirements.

1. Please do NOT attend your appointment if you have a runny nose, sore throat, fever or cough.

2. If you have recently returned from overseas, or Sydney/Melbourne hotspots please do not book an appointment until two weeks clearance of no symptoms have passed.

3. Please attend your appointment alone to ensure physical distancing can be maintained. Please contact SAPC to discuss if you require a support person to attend.

4. Please wear a mask.

   Refusal of treatment may offend.
